Terms and Conditions

At Tiny Paws Doggy Breaks we want to make sure your dog has a great time during their stay with us! To help us, there are a few things we would like to ask of you to make everything run smoothly.

 All dogs must be accompanied by a valid vaccination certificate; a minimum of 2 weeks should elapse before boarding a dog after the first full course of injections and kennel cough vaccine.

 Please ensure your dog has had a recent flea and worm treatment before their stay. If there is obvious evidence of infection, your dog will be treated by us and we will pass the charge on to you.

 Please supply any necessary medication and clear instructions on how to administer it. There must be sufficient to last the stay.

 Please supply sufficient food (and any special dietary requirements) for your dog’s stay.

 Bookings must be followed up by completion of a booking form and 50% deposit.

 Payments can be made via cheque, BACS or cash on arrival. We accept Paypal but there is a handling fee of 5% to cover our costs. Sorry but we don’t currently accept debit/credit cards.

 We ask clients to observe the arrival times of 8.00am – 10.00am. Day care departure times are between 3.30pm – 6.00pm. Please note that departures after 6.00pm will be charged at the day rate unless approved by us first. (A phone call/email advising us if you are running late for example.)
